The Delta Alliance is comprised of a series of companies and affiliates which have been formed to satisfy all of the required development and contracting disciplines needed to produce a successful real estate venture. Our corporate office is located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. Our energetic and innovative staff is comprised of professional men and women who have brought a variety of important career experiences to the company team. Our expertise includes development, financial and construction management, along with architecture, engineering and marketing experience.

Delta's qualified staff and its expertise in all relevant disciplines are the foundation of its business. The keystone of that foundation is the outstanding reputation of its president, Walter J. Logan, Jr. Mr. Logan has managed commercial construction for more than 25 years on a nationwide basis. He studied construction technology and architectural design and planning at Drexel and Penn State Universities. His affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
